Ishin Housing: How to Get an Apartment and What You Can Change Inside

Here's how to buy an apartment in Ishin for 12,050 yen and what build mode lets you change inside it, from flooring and partition walls to furniture, friend access and your spawn point.

Buying your apartment

The purchase takes 12,050 yen, so make sure you have at least that much before you set out. Once you do:

Visit the front desk/reception area and pay 12,050 yen for a standard residential room.
Head to the residential tower.
Look across the building's floors for your assigned room number.

What you can change inside your apartment

Inside your purchased unit in the residential tower, build mode lets you:

Lay flooring — wood costs 1,000 yen, or you can go with clean marble slabs.
Raise interior partition walls — divide the space into separate rooms, such as a bedroom and a bathroom.
Place furniture around the room.
Set a permanent room spawn point for your character.

House customization also covers planning out bed frames, chandeliers, living room televisions and bathroom fixtures, to make your room your own.

Spawn straight into your room

To load directly into your room, open game settings, select Main, and switch Spawn at Apartment to On. Build mode also lets you set a permanent room spawn point.

Give friends building access

From the build menu inside your own apartment, click the ID icon and enter your friend's username to grant them building access.
